Breakfast smoothie!
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 stem of mint leaves
- Optional:
- For constipation can add 1 tbsp flaxseed
- For increased calories add 1 avocado
- For increased Vit C can add fresh orange juice
- Blend all ingredients and serve!
